about

Aldora Britain Records' favourite Ohio-based musical collective, Driving School, return with a fresh-faced EP of sonic goodness. Trilogy Of Errors provides listeners with three very different sides of Jeff Robinson's musical mind.

Described by Robinson as something like 'neo electro soul', the tracks carve out an interesting and unique musical space. 'Every Kid Is A Cop' loosely follows the Kyle Rittenhouse trial, 'I'm A Survive' tries to find meaning in a life that imposes many different meanings, and 'Useful At Last' explores modern R&B and sexual love.

As is always the case with a Driving School release, there are brilliant collaborations on show. There is the Bobby woman funk of Rum Revere, via The Dust Brothers, on 'Every Kid Is A Cop', and the punk soul of StaVOID 1, via TV On The Radio, on 'I'm A Survive'.

For fans of The Dust Brothers, New Order, TV On The Radio, Gang Of Four, and The Weeknd.
