Phil Matthews returns to Aldora Britain Records with close friend Mark Pearson. This is 10, the brand new album from their fantastic collaborative project, Prime Minister.

Prime Minister delves into the realms of lo-fi psychedelic folk rock and roaming art rock experimentation. Throughout the ten tracks on show, Matthews and Pearson explore their original songwriting partnership, infused with British whimsy and mystique. There are catchy hooks, melodies and harmonies, and a folk-inclined lyrical approach. It is this fantastic formula that allows Prime Minister's perfectly crafted analogue pop songs to shine, jumping out from behind black-and-white TV screens into a contemporary technicolour world. A superb debut from Matthews and Pearson.
