Australian garage soul originator, and ex-member of Melbourne blues rock legends Harem Scarem, Charlie Marshall becomes the latest addition to Aldora Britain Records' global music family. This three-track EP, Throw It To The Wind, is a collection of his latest single releases.

Throw It To The Wind is a classic snapshot of Charlie Marshall's garage soul flair. There are subtle electronic textures at play, effortlessly mixing with the optimistic nature of the songs. The title track sets the tone, a laidback yet emphatic outpouring of passion and inspiration. 'Time Will Come' has a funk-driven enthusiasm, building on the expressive nature of Marshall's take on soul music. The set then closes with a superb reimagining of New Order's 1981 single 'Ceremony', pulsating, growing, and building to a brilliant crescendo.

For fans of Curtis Mayfield, Brian Wilson, Sly & The Family Stone, New Order, and The Stooges.
