Swedish rock and roll institution True Lies become the latest members of the Aldora Britain Records family. This is their new single 'Darkman', taken from the acclaimed studio album New World Blues.

'Darkman' explores True Lies' classic rootsy rock feel with added orchestral flair. The track has a cinematic underpinning, allowing the band to shine and taking the tune to new heights. Throughout, there is a slightly noir and melancholic feeling seeping through, especially with the vocal lines and the string additions, contrasting brilliantly with the soaring, ethereal quality. Overall, this is a glorious snapshot of the New World Blues LP, an album that is rightfully being hailed as a modern underground classic. The finest Swedish roots rock, for sure!
