Canadian art rock legends The Ormidales return to Aldora Britain Records with a brand new single, the unstoppable 'Take My Love With You'. This particular track is yet another fantastic cut from the band's upcoming EP, Love Had A Chance.

'Take My Love With You' is another fine glimpse into the art rock world of The Ormidales. With an unforgettable hook and a strong melody, the track combines pop sensibility with a revival of the jangly pop sound of the early-to-mid 60s. As is ever the case with The Ormidales though, there is something undeniably fresh. A new and unique take on the 'classic' love song, another fine cut from this Canadian powerhouse.

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points. This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff.
