Aldora Britain Records are down under this week as we introduce you to the label's freshest faces, Moonlight 5. The Australian collective of musicians unleash their Covid-era masterpiece, 'Lockdown Blues', as the first snapshot of what to expect from their 2021 debut EP.

'Lockdown Blues' is a track that avoids any pre-established boundaries or genre clichés. The band, led by Edwin Garland, serve up a slice of modern day blues that has been dragged around and kicked about. The resulting masterpiece reflects the tough reality of 2020 life, lockdown and isolation. It is gritty, raw blues rock with an art noir edge. You would be hard pushed to find anything all too similar in today's musical climate.
