Weekly Independent Music Taster #63

Happy new year everyone! 22 tracks of the best from independent artists all over the world. Get your year started right! Please download, listen loud, dig deeper with your discoveries, and support Aldora Britain Records and independent music. Wishing everyone all the best for 2021, it's got to a big improvement surely!

This week we welcome back The Silent Boys and Aaron White & The Passengers, two groups that have been a big part of the ABR family this year. We also welcome Ste Fleming who contributes two tracks, one from his past Holy Roman Empire project and another from Le Emu Tavern. There is also the flat out modern rhythm and blues of Save Henry, the powerpop of Andy Eichhorn and Nick Frater, and the raw blues rock of Alias Jones & Smith.

The collection continues with ambient country from David Allen, a traditional influx from Brad Reid and The Bookends, and the sunshine pop of The Yellow Melodies. There is pop punk aplenty - All Waffle Tick, Zealotrous and Civic Mimic - and garage influences from Comfy and Bone Haus. S. Fairbank brings his concept-based alt rock, Farewell Manchester deliver electro rock, and Blu Blak Truk serve up an aggressive helping of post-grunge. The What If Generation and Giant Dwarfs & Black Holes conclude proceedings with brooding post-punk and acid rock respectively.

Thank you once again for the amazing support this year. Here's to another year of independent rock and roll!
