about

Aldora Britain Records proudly presents a snapshot of Phil Sorrell's Caretaker Studios. Specialising in producing world-class recordings for independent musicians, Phil has ventured out under his own name with these wondrous electronic offerings. Both tracks featured here appear on Phil's Electro double album.

'Cry Wolf' enlists the help of Tony Marshall (Rascallions) on lead vocals. It has a gritty and direct edge, confronting listeners and drawing them in. It crunches and whirrs, growing and evolving throughout its duration. 'Flowers Grow In Concrete' follows and features Darron J Connett (Connett, The Last Of The Troubadours, Black Noire) on vocal duties. This offering has a more soulful approach, brilliantly highlighting Connett's widely-acclaimed voice. The backing track is a huge draw again, perfectly placed as the soundtrack to this electronic ballad.

For fans of Kasabian, Psykobilly, The Chemical Brothers, ALNA, and Dust Brothers.
