about

Transatlantic electro punk duo Strange Flesh become members of the Aldora Britain Records family with their latest offering 'Croydon Fox'.

As is always the case with productions from Strange Flesh, there is a strong punk backbone, but perfectly juxtaposed with an avant garde sensibility and electronic outbursts. The vocal is brilliantly fragmented and has a noticeably urban feel, pulsating through the beats and distortion with a mystifying grace. 'Croydon Fox' is threatening in the best way, a consequence of the punk foundation, and leaves listeners craving more Strange Flesh.

For fans of The Cure, Pet Shop Boys, LCD Soundsystem, The Damned, and The Slits.

Ed Zed, Strange Flesh: "We're constantly absorbing and examining the world around us. And given how utterly insane so much of that world is, we're never short on material."
