Believe Me

by Brian Chevette

Believe Me 03:04
Room For One 02:22

Aldora Britain Records proudly presents Brian Chevette's new single, 'Believe Me'. Brian Chevette was the guitarist for British punk pioneers, Eater. This is his first official single since Eater's 'Lock It Up' in 1977.

43 years later and Brian Chevette returns with this raw and primal slice of garage punk greatness. 'Believe Me' would not sound out of place on a compilation of lost garage nuggets from the 60s. It has a ferocious energy and fuzzy identity that will resonate with the British punk movement of today and yesteryear. Chevette's voice is enticingly brilliant as he pleas with seductive honesty, refreshingly bold in his approach. B-side, 'Room For One', the revamped Eater track, maintains the fuzzy approach but refines it with even more intent and drive, moving at bullet train speed. It is a hard-hitting punch of punk aggression with an undercurrent of British rock and roll heritage. A perfect flipside to 'Believe Me'.

You best believe, Brian Chevette is back. Be part of the history.
