The New Aquarians return to Aldora Britain Records with 'Wampeter'. The song provides the follow-up to their previous double A-side single, 'Fog On The River' / 'Equinox'.

'Wampeter', a solo outing from frontman Mark Griffin, explores deeper textures of cosmic Americana. Griffin brings in his love for folk and folk rock to create a noir odyssey into rootsy songwriting. There is a bluesy undercurrent too, almost like a deeply brooding and morose take on troubled champions like Townes Van Zandt. A totally unique and distinctive cut.
