Aldora Britain Records proudly presents the third instalment of 'Rumours Of Light', our fundraiser compilations for the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC) and the people of Ukraine.

Through the power of music, we are aiming to raise as much money as possible to benefit innocent men, women and children who are fleeing the conflict. The main areas that the DEC help with are food, water, shelter, healthcare and protection.

'Rumours Of Light III' is available for £9.15 or donations over. The album features the work of sixty different artists from 16 different countries from all around the globe. Once again, we have teamed up with Alex Lourie for the artwork. Alex continues to do invaluable work on the ground in Ukraine, capturing moments and telling the stories of those who are being prevented from doing so themselves.

"They commit war crime after war crime, and who knows how many more people will die because of this senseless Russian rage … You know, I always tried to be a humanist, a pacifist. Even our music is soaked with peace and joy, but this whole situation makes me feel a lot of anger and hate. Not only this war, but also the fact that due to disgusting and lousy propaganda, 85% of Russians support this war."

The flac version of this sounds great in my truck... not a crunch, clip or boom to be heard. That, in itself, gets this major points. This is a lovely combination of early Floyd, U2 and a few San Francisco bands from the '60s with a heavy dose of Helmet tossed in. It's definitely best of breed when it comes to modern psych stuff.
