about

RELEASE DAY: The long-awaited second studio album from outlaw folk maverick Marshall Sidbury!

North Carolinian singer/songwriter Marshall Sidbury returns to Aldora Britain Records with his brand new album, Late Eclipses. The record features all three of his previous singles on the label - 'Sparrows In The Street', 'Saturday Inbetween' and 'Night Turns To Day'. 'Hang Me' will also be used as a radio-only single.

Late Eclipses is a solid progression from Sidbury's debut album Sundown. The songwriting and songcraft has matured and become more refined in the interim whilst still holding onto that campfire outlaw spirit. There are folk numbers, country shuffles and blues twang in abundance. A rootsy expedition into the Americana paradigm.

For fans of Townes Van Zandt, Blaze Foley and Gram Parsons.

Country folk ('Sparrows In The Street', 'Saturday Inbetween', 'Broken Bottles', 'Night Turns To Day', 'Streets Of Gold')
Southern noir ('Hang Me')
Alternative blues ('Come Morning Light', 'Got A Lot On My Mind')
Old-time country ('Twenty Dollar Bill')
