Kirby Walsh open up their music box to all with this new single on Aldora Britain Records. This two-track offering, 'How Differently?' and 'Never Find Me', provides a perfect snapshot of their 2020 LP, You Can't Go Back.

'How Differently?' revives the spirit of new wave in gloriously emphatic fashion. Ian Curtis back from the dead with the backdrop of a zigzagging synthwave beat and melody. The topic is serious though, the end of a relationship, but Kirby and Walsh bring a singalong aspect to this composition too. 'Never Find Me' acts as the flipside, introducing itself with a soldier-like march. This gives way to an urban shuffle, a collision of post-punk and quirky pop. Kirby Walsh revive something from their 80s past with this release, but they also bring it into the present day, it is post-new wave perfection.

For fans of Paul Weller, The Clash, David Bowie, Scott Walker, and Leonard Cohen.
